How to Cook Pork Adobo sa Pula
There are hundreds of version of Filipino adobo. This red adobo is unique yet delicious. Pass the rice, please.

ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder, cubed
1 head garlic, crushed
3/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons whole peppercorn
6 pieces dried bay leaves

3 ounces chicken liver
2 tablespoons toasted garlic (recipe here: https://panlasangpinoy.com/how-to-make-toasted-garlic/)
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
3 cups water
Salt to taste
