Are you tired of making the same regular kind of Porridge? Then here is a brand new recipe on how to make a Finger Millet Porridge which tastes much better then the regular one, it's delicious as well as healthy ! Watch Anushruti making this recipe which will be a treat for your taste buds

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

2 tbsp finger millet or Nachni or Ragi flour
250 ml (1 cup) Milk
1 ½ tbsp to 2 tbsp Jaggery
Cardamom powder made from the seeds of 2 Cardamom pods
Roasted almonds (optional)

Method:
-In a pan, put in the flour and roast for about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to cool down a bit.
-Stir in the milk and mix well until there are no lumps
.-Turn on the heat again and cook until the porridge becomes thick and acquires a creamy consistency.
-Turn off the heat and mix in the jaggery and the cardamom powder.
-Pour into cups or mugs and garnish with the roasted almonds.

Tip : You can adjust the consistency of the liquid or milk to get the desired consistency. Use more milk for a thinner consistency to serve as a drink.
