Potato Cheese Corn Rolls - Indian Snacks Recipe in Hindi - Potato Recipe | MintsRecipes

Corn Roll is a recipe made by corns and potato with cheese mixed. It is awesome to eat and serve. This potato Cheese Corn Roll can be made easily and quickly.

Ingredients:
6 medium sized boiled Potato
2-3 tbsp Boiled Corn
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp cornflour
4 piece of Bread
4 pieces of Cheese Cubes (grated)
Salt to Taste
Oil to fry
How to Make:
1) Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl.
2) Grind bread and make a powder.
3) Grind boiled corn and make a thick paste.
4) Take a bowl adds grinded Corn, Cheese, Salt, black Pepper and makes a corn mixture.
5) Mix well the grinded bread with grated boiled Potatoes so that while making balls it does not break. You can add corn flour also (if required).
6) Take medium sized ball from the mixture, shape each portion into a round and then flatten them lightly.
7) Place the corn mixture in center.
8) Bring the edges toward the center and cover the corn mixture.
9) You can give any shape you want, round or oblong. Make all Koftas/Roll this way.
9) Seal the koftas/Roll completely, so that while frying they do not break.
10) Add water in corn flour to make a thick batter. Dip Rolls in batter and bind them well before frying.
11) Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
12) When the oil becomes medium hot add the stuffed Koftas/Roll and carefully fry till it becomes golden brown from all over.
13) Drain the Roll on Paper tissues or absorbent paper.
14) Serve Potato corn Roll or Kofta hot or warm with green chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
