Tez Dhaar Potato Donuts

Ingredients:
Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion (grated & squeezed) 1/2 cup
Green Coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Egg 1
KurKure Red Chilli Jhatka (crushed) 1 packet
All-purpose flour as required
Eggs (beaten) as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions:
1. In a bowl add potatoes, breadcrumbs, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic powder, onion, coriander, green chilies, egg and mix well.
2. Now take handful of potato mixture in hands and make donut shape.
3. Take the Kurkure Red Chilli Jhatka and crush them into crumbs.
4. Coat the prepared donuts in flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat in KurKure crumbs.
5. Deep fry them until crispy and golden brown.
6. Your Tez Dhaar Potato Donuts are ready.
