Give it a try !POTATO PAPADIngredients6-8 medium potatoes, boiled and peeledSalt to taste1½ teaspoons red chilli flakes1½ tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesOil as required Method1. Grate potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes and coriander leaves and mash well. 2. Grease a large plastic sheet with some oil. Place a portion of potato mixture on it, drizzle some oil on it and press into a thin disc with the help of another sheet. 3. Sundry for 1 day.
