To make Biryani:Heat oil in a pan, add boneless chicken, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, saute it for a minute and add mint leaves, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and cook it.Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, hot water, salt, soaked basmati rice, yogurt cook it for 10 minutes covering with a lid. When done Take biryani in a bowl. Transfer into a plate.Heat a dosa pan, whisk egg mixture make omelette with gravy. Heat butter in a pan, add coriander leaves saute it.
