Potlam Biryani - Egg Omlette Biryani | Vahchef - VahRehVah

POTLAM BIRYANI
Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless) - 300gms
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Oil - as required
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 Nos.
Salt - as per tas
Desiccated coconut powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Sesame seed powder - 3 tsp
Peanut powder - 3 tsp
Water - as required
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Tamarind juice - 2 tsp
green chilli - 4 Nos.
Tomato - 2 nos.
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Egg - 3 no
Butter - 30 gms
Boiled Egg - 1 no
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion, salt saute it till slightly change the color and add desiccated coconut powder & saute till it is Slightly golden in colour.

1. POTLAM BIRYANI

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Sesame seed powder - 3 tsp
Peanut powder - 3 tsp
Water - as required
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Tamarind juice - 2 tsp
green chilli - 4 Nos.
Tomato - 2 nos.
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Egg - 3 no
Butter - 30 gms

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion, salt saute it till slightly change the color and add desiccated coconut powder & saute it is Slightly golden in colour.
Then add turmeric Powder, ginger garlic paste, sesame seed powder, peanut pdr, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, tamarind juice cook it till oil comes out the gravy.

To make Biryani:
Heat oil in a pan, add boneless chicken, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, saute it for a minute and add mint leaves, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and cook it.
Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, hot water, salt, soaked basmati rice, yogurt cook it for 10 minutes covering with a lid. When done Take biryani in a bowl. Transfer into a plate.
Heat a dosa pan, whisk egg mixture make omelette with gravy
. Heat butter in a pan, add coriander leaves saute it. Follow the video instuction

Delicious Potlam Biryani is ready to serve with chicken gravy.
