PRAWNS ATTIEKE STIR-FRY RECIPE PREP TIME: 10 MINUTESCOOK TIME: 10 MINUTESSERVES: 2-4 INGREDIENTS150g Attieke, cooked100g prawns2 cloves of garlic tsp black pepper1 tsp soy sauce1 small onion, diced1 small carrot, diced medium red bell pepper, diced1 small green bell pepper, dicedPinch of Salt2 tbsp vegetable oil DIRECTION Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the prawns, garlic, ginger, black pepper, soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes then add the onions, carrot and stir-fry. Add the attieke, stir in then add the red and green bell peppers, salt and toss to mix evenly. Prawns attieke stir-fry ready to serve. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
