Prawns cooked in freshly ground masala to make this delicious curry.PRAWN CURRYIngredientsFor marinating 16 medium prawns, shelled and deveined Salt to taste1 teaspoon Chilli powder¼ turmeric powder1 teaspoon lemon juiceFor paste1 tablespoon oil1 cup grated fresh coconut 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 2 teaspoons coriander seeds1 teaspoon rice flour For curry 1 medium onion, chopped6-7 drumstick, boiled1 tablespoon fresh tamarind pulp2 tablespoons coconut milk A few sprigs of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped Method1. Mix together prawn, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and set aside for 10-15 minutes 2. To make paste, add coconut, chilli powder, coriander seeds, water as required and grind into smooth paste. add rice flour and set aside3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions, and cook till it turn golden brown 4. Add drumstick and sauté for a 2-3 minutes5. Add marinated prawns and some water and Add sauté for a 2-3 minutes.6. Add prepare paste in a same pan and add little water and stir well.7. Add fresh tamarind pulp and cook till prawns are done, add coriander and switch off heat.8.
