A yummy dish made with prawns and eggs.PRAWNS OMELETTEIngredients18-20 medium prawns, cleaned, deveined and washed4 eggsSalt to taste2 tbsps oil2-3 green chillies, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder6-7 button mushrooms, chopped3-4 tbsps chopped coriander leaves3-4 tbsps grated processed cheeseToasted bread slices to serveMethod1. In a bowl, break eggs, add salt, and whisk well with a fork. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, green chillies, onion,and tomato. Cook for 1-2 minutes, mixing occasionally.3. Add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, mix well. Add prawns and sauté for 1 minute.4. Add mushrooms, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add the eggs andcoriander leaves, and cheese. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Loosen the edges and fold the omelette in half, slide onto a serving plate.6.
