A high protein cheela that makes up for a delicious and nutritious breakfast as it is packed full of flavours and spices that goes beautifully with the chilled and refreshing yogurt dip.PROTEIN CHEELAIngredients180 grams Tata Sampann Protein Rich Multi Dal Chilla Mix2 tbsps boiled sweet corn kernels, crushed1 medium carrot, grated2 tsps roasted white sesame seeds2 green chillies, chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves½ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)½ tsp oil + for drizzlingSalt to tasteDip1½ cups chilled yogurt, whisked 1 medium English cucumberSalt to tasteRoasted cumin powder for sprinklingMethod1. To make the batter, take Tata Sampann Protein Rice Multi Dal Chilla Mix in a large bowl. Add sweet corn kernels, carrot, white sesame seeds, green chillies, chopped coriander, cottage cheese, 2½ cups water and whisk till well combined. Adjust salt and mix well. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, pour a ladle of this batter and gently spread to make a thin cheela. Drizzle a little oil on the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.3. For the dip, take yogurt in a bowl, grate cucumber in it and add salt. Mix well. 4.
