Preheat oven to 180° C.2. Dust the worktop with some flour and roll out the puff pastry dough into semi-thin sheet and cut into a rectangle. 3. Cut the rectangle sheet into 1½ inch squares. 4. Grease a baking tray with some butter, place the squares, brush some milk and sprinkle some brown sugar on top. 5. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.6. Combine cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl, whisk well and fill it in a piping bag fitted with a flat nozzle. 7. Slice the strawberries. 8. Place the baked puffs on a serving platter. Pipe out some cream cheese-icing sugar mixture and place one strawberry slice and few blueberries on top.9.
