Watch this episode and let us know what you think!200 gms Pumpkin 1 Onion finely chopped1 tbsp minced garlic1 cup Mixed Seafood (prawns clams, squid rings and fish cubes)3 cups veg stock11/2 cup Coconut Milk1 tsp Curry Powder1 tsp Chilli Flakes1 tsp Coriander Powder1/2 cup Slices of Tender CoconutSalt (To Taste)Coconut OilMethod: take a deep pan and heat the oil, add the chopped onion and garlic, fry till brown. Add the pumpkin and fry for 1min, add the curried powder, chilli flakes and coriander powder.Add salt and fry for 1min, add the stock and cook till pumpkin goes soft. Puree the mixture.Take another pan and add the pureed mixture. Adjust the consistency and cook for 5mins.
