Let me show you how to make this delicious dish at home to be had along with rice.Ingredients:For Pakodas1 chopped Onion1 chopped Potato1/2 cup Besan1/4 tsp Kasuri methi1 chopped Green Chilli1/4 tsp Ajwain1 tsp red Chilli powder2 tbsp Coriander leavesA pinch of Baking SodaSalt to tasteOil for fryingFor Kadhi1 cup Dahi with lime1/4 cup Besan1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Cumin powder2 dry Chillies1/2 Lime juice1/2 tsp Turmeric1/4 tsp Mustard1/2 tsp Jeera3 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste1/4 tsp Garam masalaSalt to tasteCoriander leavesMethod: Mix all the ingredients with a little water and fry the Pakodas. Keep aside.To make the Kadhi, whisk curd along with Besan, Coriander powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Jeera powder, lime juice and 3 cups of water. Heat Oil and fry Mustard, broken dry Chillies, Cumin and Ginger Garlic paste. Pour Curd and bring to boil while stirring continuously. Reduce flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
