Punjabi Kadhi Pakodas | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Let me show you how to make this delicious dish at home to be had along with rice.

Ingredients:

For Pakodas
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Potato
1/2 cup Besan
1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
1 chopped Green Chilli
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp red Chilli powder
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
A pinch of Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For Kadhi
1 cup Dahi with lime
1/4 cup Besan
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 dry Chillies
1/2 Lime juice
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Jeera
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

Method: Mix all the ingredients with a little water and fry the Pakodas. Keep aside.
To make the Kadhi, whisk curd along with Besan, Coriander powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Jeera powder, lime juice and 3 cups of water. Heat Oil and fry Mustard, broken dry Chillies, Cumin and Ginger Garlic paste. Pour Curd and bring to boil while stirring continuously. Reduce flame and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from flame and add Garam Masala, Salt and Coriander leaves. Put the fried Pakodas in Kadhi and serve along with rice.
