PURAN POLI & AMTI is the popular dish of Maharashtra. In our home we prepare it on every special occasion mainly HOLI. We eat it after praising goddess Holika by keeping naevedya for a while then we eat it. Holi is incomplete without PURAN POLI & AMTI for us. It tastes super yummy.
