Puran Poli | Boli | Holige | Bobbatlu | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Puran Poli is a special dish of Maharashtra and is also prepared in various other states though know by other names like Boli, Holige and Bobbatlu. In this Puran Poli video is shown the correct proportion of the puran and dough to be taken and the method of making it. It is not at all difficult and can easily be made by all of you. Ingredients:

250 gms Chana Dal
2 cups Water
1 tsp Oil
1 cup grated Jaggery
1 tsp Cardamom powder
11/2 cups Wheat flour
11/2 cups Maida
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Oil as required
