1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp jeera seeds

Aloo Pyaaz Filling -
Oil - 2 tbsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Garlic - 2 cloves
Besan - 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchoor powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Onion - 1 chopped fine
Salt - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2 slit
Potato - 2 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 sliced

Crispy Kachori Dough -
Maida - 2 cup
Ajwain - a pinch
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Water - to make a soft dough
Oil - to deep fry
