Heat oil in a deep pan, add onions and sprinkle a little salt. Sauté till golden brown. Add garlic paste, ginger paste and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.2. Add turmeric powder and mix. Add mutton and mix, add salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add 3 cups water and mix well.3. Let the mixture come to a boil, cover and cook till the mutton is cooked completely.4. Add prunes and mix. Add 1½ cups water, mix well and allow the mixture to come to a boil. Add black pepper powder, mix, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Take it off the heat.5.
