Crispy Chicken Chili Macaroni

Ingredients for Macaroni Boiling:
Elbow Macaroni 400 g
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Chicken Chili:
Oil 2 tbsp
K&Ns Tender pops 780 g
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Slit Green chilies 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour slurry 1 tbsp (corn flour 1 tbsp + water 1/4 cup)
K&Ns Stok Cube 1
Water 1 cup
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Green onion (chopped) as required for garnish.

Directions:

In a pot add water and bring it to boil, add salt, oil and macaroni. Boil the macaroni (8-10 mins) or as per instructions on the pack and strain.
In a wok, heat oil and add garlic, saute for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, sugar, chili sauce and mix well.
Now add water, K&Ns Stok Cube and mix until it dissolves.
Add capsicum, green chilies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add corn flour slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
Fry K&Ns Tender Pops as per instructions on the pack.
Now add boiled macaroni, K&Ns Tender Pops and mix well.
Sprinkle green onion and serve hot.

Cooking time: 15-18 mins
