QUICK CHILLI PICKLEIngredients 28-30 green chillies4 tbsps oil ½ tsp asafoetida 2 tbsps ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp crushed mustard seeds 4 tbsps lemon juiceMethod 1. Roughly chop green chillies. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder and crushed mustard seeds and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. 3. Transfer into a sterilized glass container, keep aside for a day and serve as required.
