Cut chocolate cake sponge into small pieces and put few pieces into individual triangle glasses. Similarly, cut vanilla cake sponge and put into the glasses.2. Pour 1-1½ tbsps sugar syrup over the sponge pieces.3. Peel, deseed and cut mango into small pieces and put few pieces along with some pomegranate pearls on top of sponge pieces. 4. Deseed and cut apple into small pieces and put into the glasses. 5. Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out on top of fruit mixture.6. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.7.
