Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add carrots and sauté for 1 minute. Add khoya, condensed milk, ¾ of cashewnuts and cardamom powder, mix and cook for 1 minute. 2. Add milk, mix, cover and pressure cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the lid when the excess pressure is completely released. 3. Serve warm garnished with remaining cashewnuts.
