Quick Paneer Sabzi is a no-fuss sabzi made on days when you are getting late or are in a rush, but the taste is surely not compromised!QUICK PANEER SABZIIngredients400 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into ½ inch thick strips1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)2-3 dried red chillies1-2 green chillies1 medium onion, sliced½ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder½ teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur) 1 medium capsicum, cut into ½ inch thick strips1 medium tomato, cut into ½ inch thick stripsSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesFresh coriander sprig for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let the seeds change colour.2. Add red chillies and sauté. Add green chillies and onions, mix and sauté till onions turn translucent.3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and dried mango powder, mix. Add ¼ cup water and mix well. 4. Add capsicum, tomato and salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cottage cheese, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add coriander leaves and mix well. 5.
