Serve hot with coconut chutney.QUINOA DOSAIngredients1 cup quinoa, soaked overnight and drained¼ cup split skinless black gram (urad dal), soaked overnight and drained1 tbsp Bengal gram (chana dal), soaked overnight and drained½ tbsp pigeon pea (toor dal), soaked overnight and drained ½ tsp fenugreek seeds, soaked overnight and drained½ cup oats, soaked overnight and drained2 green chillies½ inch ginger, slicedSalt to taste8 tspsCoconut chutney to serveGun powder to serveGhee to serveMethod1. In a blender jar, add quinoa, break and add green chillies. Add ginger and ½ cup water. Blend to a fine paste and transfer into a large bowl.2. In another blender, add split skinless black gram, Bengal gram, pigeon peas, fenugreek seeds and oats. Blend to a fine paste and transfer into the same bowl. Mix well using hands.3. Add water to adjust consistency, mix well. Add salt, mix.4. Heat a non-stick tawa, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly to form a thin dosa.5. Drizzle 1 tsp oil on the side and cook till the base turns golden brown. Take the tawa off the heat.6.
