Add soaked quinoa, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, chana dal powder and mix well. Remove the mixture in a bowl Add chaat masala, coriander, onion , capsicum , potato and mix well. Heat borosil non-stick tawa and prepare to make the kebabsDivide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabsPlace the kebabs on the tawa and grill well on both the sides.
