Ingredients Quantity
Ragi flour 1cup
Water 1 cup water
Curd cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Asafoetida 1tsp
Urad dal 1tsp
Chana dal 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Ginger chopped 1inch
Green chili chopped 2-3
Curry leaves 15-20
Chopped onions 1large
Chopped tomato 1large
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder a pinch
Water as required
Chopped coriander 1tbsp
Method

In a bowl add ragi flour , water and soak it over night till it gets fermented.
Add curd to the mixture and mix it well.
In a kadhai add oil , asafoetida , urad dal , chana dal , mustard seeds, ginger chopped, chopped green chilies , curry leaves , chopped onions, chopped tomato, salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well.
Add water as required and mix it well again.
Now add the ragi mixture and stir it continuously.
Once it's cooked properly add chopped coriander and mix it well again.
Remove it in a serving bowl and serve hot.
