RABDI BURFI Ingredients 1 litre full fat buffalo milk, reduced ¾ cup castor sugar 1½ cups mawa½ teaspoon nutmeg powder Silver varq for garnishPistachio powder for garnish Method 1. Bring the milk to a boil and add sugar, mix well till melts.2. Add 1 cup mawa cook for 15 minutes while stirring periodically. Add nutmeg powder and mix well. Cook till it comes to rabdi consistency.3. Add the remaining mawa, cook while stirring continuously till it becomes thick.4. Pour the prepared burfi in a greased burfi tin. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight. 5. Garnish with silver varq and pistachio powder.
