Black Salt - as per taste
White salt - as per taste
Oil - to fry


Dried Yellow Peas / Vatana - 1 cup (soaked 12 hours, boiled with salt, turmeric powder, and mixed with roasted cumin powder and black salt)

Dahi - 1/2 cup (sweetened)
Imli Chutney - 6-7 tbsp
Green Chutney - 6-7 tbsp
Chat Masala / Dahi Bhalla Masala - 1 tbsp
Onion - finely chopped
Coriander - finely chopped
Nylon Sev - to garnish
