To a bowl, for 2 cups finger millets flour, add 1 cup water. Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil and let the water boil. As water starts to boil, add finger millets flour slowly and mix. Cut off the stove and close the lid. After 3-4 minutes, take a part of the flour into a plate. All the flour also could be prepared once. Add water and knead it into soft dough. Oil also could be used. Take a part of the dough, knead it into a soft round ball. Roll it in dry flour and press it into a chepathi. Heat a pan. After 2-3 minutes, when bubbles start to form, flip the roti. Press it with a spoon to make it puffy.
