Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add finger millet flour and roast till it turns fragrant. 2. Heat 2-3 tbsps water in another pan, add jaggery and let it melt.3. Take the California Walnuts in a large bowl. Transfer the roasted finger millet flour into this and add green cardamom powder and mix well. Pour the jaggery syrup and mix till well combined. Once the temperature of this reduces slightly then start mixing it with your hand till the mixture comes together.4. Grease your palms with some ghee and take small portions of the mixture and start shaping each into a ball/laddoo.5.
