To make railway patties, heat the oil in a deep non-stick, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saut for few seconds.2. Add carrots, beetroot, french beans and green peas and cook on high flame for a minute.3. Remove from the flame, transfer the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool completely.4. Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder, breadcrumbs and coriander. Mix well to form a patties mixture.5. Divide and roll the mixture into 14 equal portions and shape each portion into a 75 mm. (3) flat oval.6. Dip each patties in the prepared slurry and roll in the bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides.7. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry each patties till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.8.
