Pakoda Kadhi Recipe | Panjabi kadhi Recipe | Rajsthani Kadhi With pakoda:-
Special Pakoda Kadhi

Ingredients -
For Kadhi-
½ cup chickpea flour (besan)
1½ litre water
1½ cup curd (little sour)
¾ tsp salt or salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste (IF you want but we have not added in this recepi)
Handful of fresh coriander/cilantro leaves (if you want)

For Pakode-
1½ cup chickpea flour
1 onion (medium)
2-3 green chillies
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ cup curd
Handful of fresh coriander/ cilantro leaves
Oil for deep frying

For Tadka-
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds (whole)
½ tsp black mustard seeds (rai)
¼ tsp asafoetida (heeng)
2 dried red chillies
