Sweet and indulgent laddoos made using Rajgira.RAJGIRA LADDOOIngredients¾ cup chopped jaggery2 cups puffed amaranth (rajgira)½ cup crushed roasted peanuts¼ tsp green cardamom powderMethod1. Heat a non-stick pan, add jaggery and little water. Mix well. Cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes till jaggery melts completely. Add rajgira and mix well. 2. Add peanuts and green cardamom powder. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. 3. Grease palms with little water, take a portion of the mixture and shape into medium sized laddoos.4. Transfer laddoos in a serving plate.5.
