Best had with plain yogurt.RAJGIRA THALIPEETHIngredients1 cup amaranth (rajgira) flour2 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesSea salt to taste2-3 tablespoons roasted and crushed peanuts1 tablespoon ginger-green chilli pasteGhee for cookingMethod1. Mix together potatoes, coriander leaves, sea salt, peanuts and ginger-green chilli paste in a bowl. Add flour, little by little, and knead to a soft dough. 2. Divide the dough into equal portions. Cover each portion in a zip lock bag and roll out into thin discs or thalipeeths. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the thalipeeth on it, apply some ghee on top and cook for 3-4 minutes. 4.
