Thandai
Ingredients for Thandai Masala:
Almonds 1 cup
Cashew nuts 1 cup
Pistachios 1 cup
Black peppercorns 2 tsp
Maghaz 1/3 cup
Fennel seeds 1/4 cup
Poppy seeds 1/4 cup
Dried rose petals 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/3 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Milk 1/2 L
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
Thandai masala 2 tbsp

Directions for Thandai Masala Preparation:
1. Heat a pan and add almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios. Roast for 1 minute. Now add black peppercorns, maghaz, poppy seeds and roast 2 minutes. Add dried rose petal and mix well.
2. Add the roasted nuts in grinder and grind into fine powder.
3. Shift the ground powder into glass jar, add cardamom powder and mix well. Your Thandai Masala is ready.
4. It can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.

5. In a jug add milk, sugar, thandai masala and mix well. Your Thandai is ready.
