3 tbsp Chana Dal
2 tbsp Tur Dal
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
5-6 Dry Red Chillies
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
4 to 5 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2-3 Dry Red Chillies
8-10 Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3-4 Tomato Cubes
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
2-3 Rasam Powder
4-5 cups Water
Pinch Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

WADA:
2 cups Urad Dal
Curry Leaves
1 pc Ginger
1-2 Green Chillies
Salt - as per taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Coriander Leaves
Oil for Frying
