The desi Rasmalai gets a firangi twist.RASMALAI MOUSSE IN ORANGE CUPSIngredients 6 squeezed rasmalai, finely chopped + for garnish3-4 tbsps flavoured milk (left over rasmalai milk) + for drizzling ½ cup white chocolate ganache1 cup whipped cream1 tbsp slivered almonds + for garnishing1 tbsp slivered pistachios + for garnishing4 orange peel cups to serveMethod1. In a bowl, mix together chocolate ganache and whipped cream. 2. Add the chopped rasmalai and the flavored milk to the chocolate-cream mixture and mix well.3. Add almonds and pistachios and mix well. Fill the prepared mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle. Pipe in the mixture into individual orange cups.4. Slice a rasmalai and place a slice over each cup. Drizzle some flavoured milk on each, garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve chilled.
