Raspberry & Coconut Energy Bites Easy Healthy Snack Recipe

Delicious and healthy energy bites packed full of oats, peanut butter, flaxseed, freeze dried raspberries and shredded coconut. A tasty and nutritious snack that adults and kids will love. They are so easy to make and will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. A great make-ahead snack!

Ingredients:
100g (1 cup) rolled oats
100g (1/2 cup) smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp freeze dried raspberries
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

To coat:
2 tbsp freeze dried raspberries
2 tbsp shredded coconut
