Raspberry & Coconut Loaves

Delicious snack sized Raspberry & Coconut Mini Loaves. Great for an afternoon treat or to add to school lunches. These loaves are dairy free, low in sugar and can easily be made gluten free too.

INGREDIENTS:
200g plain flour
75g oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
25g desiccated coconut, plus extra for the top
75g coconut oil
100g coconut yogurt
100ml coconut milk (from a carton)
1 medium egg
50g honey
100g raspberries
