Sooji Cutlets - Veggie Upma Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients
Semolina - सूजी - 1 cup
Capsicum - शिमला मिर्च - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Grated Carrot - गाजर - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - फूलगोभी - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Plain Flour- मैदा - 2 tbsp
Green Coriander - हरा धनिया - 3-4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger Paste - अदरक - 1tbsp
Salt - नमक - 1 tbsp or according to taste
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp (coarsely ground)
Bread Crumbs - ब्रेड का चूरा - 2 Slices
Oil - तेल - for frying
