Method 1. First in bowl add semolina, rice flour, refined flour, yoghurt, cumin seeds, crushed black pepper, green chilies chopped, ginger chopped and water to make a thin batter, whisk it properly.2. Now add salt to taste, and mix it again.3. Now add crushed curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves and mix it again. Let the batter rest for 10mins.4. Keep the Tawa on gas and grease oil on the Tawa properly.5. Before pouring the batter on the Tawa mix it properly.6. Once the Tawa is hot pour the batter on it and spread evenly on all the sides.7. Now apply oil on top and put some chopped onions on it and let it cook properly.8. Our Rava dosa is ready to serve.9.
