We're always on the run in the morning, today I'm sharing an Instant Rava Dosa Recipe with you which is homely, authentic and crispy using ingredients available at home. This is the quickest & easiest method to make Dosas, which is basically crispy South Indian crepes, made for breakfast. These dosas are made using Semolina or Suji, which is also known as cream of wheat.

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Rava / Semolina - 1 cup
Maida / Plain Flour - 4 tbsp
Besan / Gram Flour - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 2
Salt - 1 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing - pinch
Cumin Seeds / Jeera- 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch, grated
Water - 5-6 cups or more.
Oil - to cook
Onions - for onion dosa.
