Rava Samosa, is a quick and a different tea-time snack recipe made with Semolina. Try this variant of snack recipe tasty, crunchy and crispy.

Ingredients
Semolina: 2 Cups
Wheat Flour: 1/2 a Cup
Salt: a pinch
Orange Color: a pinch (food color it's optional)
Oil: needed for deep frying
Chili Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Chat Masala: 1/4 Teaspoon
Black Salt: 1/4 Teaspoon

Method of Preparation:
A tasty and new Snack variant with Semolina. Mini Samosas.
Take 2 Cups of Semolina, and add 1/2 a Cup of Wheat Flour to a mixing bowl.
Add a pinch of salt to it, mix and knead it into a soft dough. Add a pinch of orange food color, it's optional just to enhance the color of the snack.
Let it rest for a minimum of 1/2 an hour, add some Oil and knead it well once again.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a round roti moderately thick and cut them all as in the video or in desired shapes and sizes.
Deep fry them all in hot Oil, press and fry them so that they become fluffy. Lower the flame and fry them for a while so that they become crisp.
Fry them all until golden brown, transfer them all to a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Chili Powder, 1/4 Tsp of Chat Masala and 1/4 Tsp of Black Salt mix them all well.
Ready tasty,crispy and crunchy Teatime snack, can be stored for 15 to 20 days and relish it.
