A unique take on the classic toast with some semolina. RAVA TOASTIngredients100 grams semolina (rava)Salt to taste½ cup yogurt1 small onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped1 medium green capsicum, choppedFew red chillies, choppedChopped fresh coriander as required4 white bread slices1 tbsp butterGrated cheese as requiredWhite sesame seeds as requiredTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Add rawa, salt and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, red chillies and coriander. Mix well.3. Take a white bread slice, add 1 spoonful of mixture and spread it completely on all sides.Set aside.4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, melt it and add a bread slice with mixture side facing up. Add cheese and white sesame seeds. Flip and cook on another side. Cook till golden brown on both the sides.5. Transfer rawa toasts in a serving plate.6.
