Raw Papaya Salad

2 1/2 cups raw papaya peeled and cut into juliennes
1/2 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
3/4 cup sliced coloured capsicum
1/2 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method

For papaya peanut and capsicum salad
To make papaya peanut and capsicum salad, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve chilled.
