A quick and simple dhokla recipe perfect for breakfast or an evening snack. RAWA DHOKLAIngredients1½ cups fine semolina (rawa) 1 cup yogurt2 tsps ginger-green chilli pasteSalt to taste1 tsp fruit salt1 tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds¼ tsp asafoetida6-8 curry leaves1 dried red chilliGreen chutney to serveMethod1. In a bowl, add semolina, yogurt, and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix well, set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Add ginger-green chilli paste, salt, fruit salt and1 tbsp water, mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased thali. 3. Heat sufficient water in a steamer, place the thali and steam on medium heat for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool slightly.4. For the tempering, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, let them splutter. Add asafoetida, curry leaves, break dried red chilli and add it to the pan and take it off the heat. 5. Pour the prepared tempering on the dhokla and spread it evenly.
