Creamy Herby Hemp Dressing (makes 2 servings)

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 of a jalapeo, seeds and pith removed
3 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp miso paste (any kind)
2 pitted medjool dates
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1.5 cups water

1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp dried chives
2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Blend all the ingredients (except the dried onion flakes, parsley, chives, dill and red pepper flakes) until super creamy. Add the dried herbs, red pepper flakes and dried onion, and pulse into the dressing for 3 seconds to mix. Only add more water if you want a thinner dressing. Pour into a jar and let sit in the fridge for a couple hours for flavors to meld. Use on salads or as a dip!
