If you do try it, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TASTE TEST - if you like it or not :) I filmed it and just thought I would share.Pineapple dressing here https://youtu.be/7ZVEZfyjAMwLayer One:1/2 cup soaked sun dried tomatoes1/3 cup soaked walnuts (save a few pieces aside for garnish)One plum3 pitted medjool dates1 clove of garlic1/2 tsp red pepper flakespinch of cayenneAdd just a little bit of water to make a really thick consistency. Adjust spices AS DESIRED.Spread mixture onto a dehydrator sheet and let sit in the dehydrator for about an hour, or until "chewy" consistency. Second layer mushroom sauce (THIS MADE TOO MUCH - ADJUST AS DESIRED):3 pitted dates1/2 tsp curry powder and 1/4 tsp paprika and salt if you want1 clove of garlicJuice of half a lemon2 tbsp sesame seeds1 crimini mushroom and OPTIONAL half a zucchiniBlend in the vitamix with water to a thick saucy consistency. Pour into bowl and chop remaining mushroom into tiny pieces and add to the sauce.Thinly slice zucchini for the another layer for the torte.Using a spring form pan and a piece of wax paper under it on a dehydrator tray, add first the walnut plum mix to the bottom of the pan followed by a layer of zucchini slices. Next use mushroom sauce and another layer of zucchini. Top with the rest of the walnut mix and more mushroom sauce. Place this into the dehydrator and let sit for another hour or so until its a little warm and firm. Place freshly dehydrated torte and pan onto your plate. Pull away wax paper and open spring form pan.Salad:Chop your plum into slices and add tomatoes, greens and spring onions to the top. Finish with a spicy pineapple dressing HERE : https://youtu.be/7ZVEZfyjAMw (or any dressing you want!) Recipe: In Vitamix blend1/2 ripe pineapple2 dates1 clove garlic1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and some salt if you want. Add water only to consistency desired. Again - I COMPLETELY just winged this. I did enjoy it though - and if you try it, I hope you enjoy it as well. It wasn't my most favourite thing in the world, but I would make it again if I had time one day, and maybe switch up spices, or add more, etc. Possibilities are endless. I just wanted to share because we can just make things on the fly if you want! Dressing:Half a ripe Pineapple2 dates1 clove garlicSpices (1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp mustard powder and a bit of salt which is completely optional)Blend with water to consistency you like.Salad: WHATEVER YOU WANT!!I used arugula and spinach, cherry tomatoes, a little onion and cucumber.
