Whats Adobong Pula and why should you try cooking this asap? Our travels in Cavite inspired us to recreate Adobo Seca which is just a tad bit different from the adobo that we all know and love. ADOBO SECAIngredients:3 tbsp oil1 head garlic, minced kg pork belly kg chicken pieces cup vinegar3 pc bay leaves2 pc green chilies1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp whole peppercorns cup atchuete seeds cup hot waterProcedure:1. In a pan with hot oil, saute garlic and brown your pork and chicken.2. Add vinegar, atchuete water, bay leaves, green chillies, and peppercorns. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until vinegars acidity is cooked off. Season with salt. Makes 8 servings.
