Go ahead bake away.RED VELVET CHOCOLATE COOKIESIngredients 1 tablespoon red liquid food colour ½ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread2 cups refined flour (maida)½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1½ cups brown sugar 1 cup melted butter2 tablespoons sour cream 1 egg1 egg yolk ½ cup chocolate chips Method 1. Fill a piping bag with chocolate-hazelnut spread and pipe out small portions on a butter paper. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.2. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt and brown sugar in a bowl. 3. Add butter and red food colour and beat well. Add sour cream, egg and egg yolk and fold well into a cookie dough. 4. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Transfer the prepared dough in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5. Preheat oven to 180˚C. 6. Divide the dough into equal portions, stuff each with the chocolate portions, shape into balls and place on a baking tray. 7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
