Make and Freeze Lassi

Ingredients for Strawberry Lassi:
Yogurt 1 cup
Strawberry (sliced) 1 cup
Sugar cup
Milk litre
Ingredients for Banana Lassi:
Yogurt 1 cup
Banana 1cup
Sugar cup
Milk 12 litre
Ingredients for Nuts Lassi:
Yogurt 1 cup
Almonds cup
Pistachio cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Milk litre

Directions for Strawberry Lassi Preparation:
1. In a zip lock bag add yogurt, sugar, strawberry and freeze. It can be frozen for upto 1 month.
2. In a blender add milk, frozen mixture and blend it well. Your Strawberry Lassi is ready.
Directions for Banana Lassi Preparation:
3. In a zip lock bag add yogurt, banana, sugar and freeze. It can be frozen for upto 1 month.
4. In a blender add milk, frozen mixture and blend it well. Your Banana Lassi is ready.
Directions for Nuts Lassi Preparation:
5. In a zip lock bag add yogurt, almond, pista, honey and freeze. It can be frozen for upto 1 month.
6. In a blender add milk, frozen mixture and blend it well. Your Nuts Lassi is ready.
